CAP Pro Academy offers a clear career path to become a vocational traffic trainer — both in Finland and Germany. Through our structured training programs, you can develop the skills and qualifications needed to work as a CAP professional competence trainer or heavy vehicle instructor, depending on your location.

We provide a supported training path, hands-on practical experience, and the opportunity to join the CAP Pro instructor team in Finland or become part of the  Kraftfahrausbildung Rettig  network in Germany. We’re always looking for motivated professionals ready to transition from behind the wheel to the classroom — and make a real difference by educating the next generation of transport experts.
