CAP Pro Academy
CAP Pro Academy is Finland’s leading professional driver training provider, offering comprehensive qualification training for traffic and logistics professionals as well as tailored partnership solutions for companies. Our services include all heavy vehicle license classes, basic and periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training for drivers, and selected professional license trainings. We emphasize practical training and modern technology to support learning and daily work for drivers.
Our professional training programs are available online across Finland and as in-person sessions in several locations. Our main campuses are in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in Kuopio. We teach with diverse and appropriate vehicle fleets as well as heavy vehicle simulators.
For transportation companies, we are not only a provider of qualified workforce, but also a specialized workforce trainer, building partnerships between high-quality qualification training, potential jobseekers, employment authorities, and recruiting companies.
Our multidisciplinary approach combines different funding models and vocational training formats, creating jobs across Finland and helping to alleviate the labor shortage in the transportation and logistics sector. We also collaborate with vocational schools, for example by facilitating and delivering apprenticeship-based recruitment training programs. It offers the most convenient way to complete periodic driver qualification training as well as specialized courses, such as manufacturer-specific vehicle training. These supervised remote courses are high-quality, interactive, and always up to date with the latest legislation and regulations. The service is designed to improve driving skills, enhance road safety, and promote eco-friendly driving habits – all without the need for travel or long waits for training slots. We regularly add new training topics to the platform.
MyFleetskills is the driver’s personal portal and professional profile within the Fleetskills service. By logging in, users can easily check the validity of their qualifications and monitor their training progress. Training sessions can be purchased in token format in flexible quantities and completed at the user’s own pace. MyFleetskills also connects professionals with employers, allowing users to complete company-specific onboarding and certifications directly within the portal. For transport companies, Fleetskills offers a variety of features for managing qualifications, onboarding processes, and fleet management – simplifying daily operations.
