Franchise entrepreneurship
Finland’s most popular driving school chain, CAP Driving School, offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to operate as contract-based franchise partners in selected locations. We are currently introducing our franchise collaboration model to the German market as well, where our growing chain brand Fahrschule Rettig is gaining strong traction.

Training professional in an entrepreneurial partnership
Our digitally developed driver training platforms and flexible business models make it possible to work as a traffic instructor in an entrepreneurial capacity. Many driving instructors choose to train as independent entrepreneurs because of the freedom and autonomy it offers. CAP-Group provides three distinct ways to train as an entrepreneur:
Contract Instructor at CAP-Autokoulu
In this model, the driving instructor operates as an entrepreneur, delivering training services based on the needs of the CAP Driving School region in close cooperation with the area manager and customer service team, while being part of the CAP Driving School community and processes. The work typically centers around a local CAP Driving School location and its customer base – but our nationwide network also enables a more mobile way of working. Training is carried out according to CAP Driving School’s concept and guidelines, combining simulator-based practice with hands-on in-person instruction.

Instructor entrepreneurship at Antin Driving School
Antin Driving School operates without traditional physical offices, relying entirely on a digital interface and designated pickup points where services are provided by independent instructor-entrepreneurs. Customers find a nearby instructor and pickup point via mobile, and everything except the driving lessons themselves takes place online. At Antin Driving School, the practical training focuses on in-car instruction with the teacher. To join the platform, a qualified driving instructor simply needs a suitable training vehicle, onboarding as a stop point entrepreneur, and an excellent service attitude — as managing customer communications and scheduling instruction is entirely in their own hands.

Vocational traffic instructor at CAP Pro Academy
We provide vocational training for traffic and logistics professionals through a wide range of customer-oriented models. We ensure a skilled workforce in the industry by offering initial qualification training for drivers as well as regular periodic training courses both in person and online. In addition, we offer various professional qualifications and certification courses required in working life.
As an expert in heavy vehicle licenses and driver qualifications, you can serve our customers as a contract instructor. CAP Pro Academy also organizes customized group and recruitment trainings for large corporate clients across Finland – making the flexible training calendar ideal for entrepreneurial instructors who enjoy independent work.
Our license and qualification trainings are primarily concentrated in the Helsinki, Kuopio, and Pirkanmaa regions, as well as online. We also work extensively with the Finnish Defence Forces by providing training in heavy vehicle military units.

At CAP Pro Academy, the CAP-Group unit specializing in professional driver training, we have exceptional expertise in providing workforce training for our corporate clients.

For workers considering a career in the field, the path to qualification and employment may be unclear. At the same time, educational institutions and public employment areas must carefully evaluate the impact of their investments and training resources.

We offer employers tailored recruitment training models that address their exact needs — while also collaborating with public sector stakeholders to enhance employment impact.
